When you reserve presale access, we collect the email address you provide. We also store information associated with that request, including the selected access method, platform preferences, referral or campaign parameters, and submission timestamps.

Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and request timestamps to deliver and protect the service.

We use information to:

• manage presale reservations and provide launch updates;
• deliver, operate, secure, and improve AdsBay;
• understand which product access options are most useful;
• respond to support, privacy, and account requests; and
• comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.

We use service providers to run AdsBay, including Vercel for hosting and Neon for database infrastructure. These providers process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of AdsBay or others, or as part of a business reorganization. We do not sell your personal information.

AdsBay uses essential storage for security and service operation. We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, page engagement, approximate location, device and browser information, referral sources, campaign attribution, and successful lead submissions. We do not send your email address to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies and similar technologies to distinguish browsers and sessions. Google advertising technologies may also use click identifiers and storage to measure advertising performance and support attribution. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers associated with a presale request may also be stored with that request so we can understand which campaigns generated genuine signups.

We retain presale information while it is reasonably needed for the launch offer, our relationship with you, legal compliance, and dispute prevention. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in those messages. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal information, or to object to certain processing.

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. AdsBay is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18.
